My Portal is operated by Rmanam Infotech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). These policies apply to our website, business workspace and annual digital profile plans.

1. Using My Portal

By creating an account, using our service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Our service

My Portal provides a dashboard to manage a digital business profile, including business information, products, services, images, contact details, enquiries, a shareable link and a QR code. Features and content limits depend on the plan displayed at purchase. We provide digital services; no physical goods are shipped by My Portal.

Listings belong to the businesses that publish them. My Portal does not sell their listed products or guarantee their availability, quality or business claims. Arrange transactions with a listed business directly.

3. Your account and content

Provide accurate registration details, keep access to your phone and account secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for content you upload and must have permission to use it. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful material, impersonate another business, send spam or interfere with the service.

You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service. Information you publish is publicly accessible and may be copied or indexed by others.

4. Prices and payments

Annual plan prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). The final amount shown in checkout is the amount payable; any applicable taxes must be included or disclosed before payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to the payment provider’s terms. Do not share your OTP, card PIN or UPI PIN with our support team.

Each purchase is a one-time annual payment. We do not automatically renew or debit your account annually. Failed, cancelled or unconfirmed payments do not activate a plan.

5. Activation, renewal and expiry

Coverage is recorded after successful payment capture and server verification. A new annual term starts on the activation date, or after existing confirmed coverage ends for a renewal. Your dashboard displays the applicable start and end dates. If confirmation is delayed, check payment status before paying again.

You must publish your profile from Workspace settings after completing its content and obtaining active coverage. When coverage expires, public profile access is unavailable until eligible coverage is restored. Renewals do not automatically publish a draft profile.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, duplicate charges, service issues and refund requests are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Stopping use of the service does not itself request a refund.

7. Availability and acceptable use

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party interruptions can affect access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search rankings, sales or a particular number of enquiries. We may restrict content or suspend access to address misuse, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

8. Responsibility and changes

You remain responsible for your business operations, customer communications and compliance with applicable requirements. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will display the updated date here. Material changes affecting an existing paid plan will be communicated through available account contact details. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
